Individual criminal responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity must be pursued in accordance with international law.\u201d He categorically rejected baseless allegations against Iran, stressing that some delegations deliberately ignore the root causes of the current situation, failing to address the unlawful and destabilizing actions of the United States and the Zionist regime. He concluded by stating, \u201cAs an occupying regime and aggressor, the representative of Israel lacks any legal, moral or political standing to lecture or accuse Member States.\u201d<\/p>\n Umar Hadi, Vice-Chair of the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, denounced the Zionist Knesset\u2019s passage of the discriminatory \u201cdeath penalty for terrorists\u201d law.
