In a heinous act of aggression, the Zionist occupation forces launched air strikes on southern Lebanon on Saturday, resulting in the martyrdom of four innocent individuals, as reported by Lebanon’s state news agency.
These cowardly attacks specifically targeted a civilian pickup truck and a motorcycle in the peaceful village of Yohmor al-Shaqif, located in the Nabatiyeh district. Such deliberate targeting of non-military vehicles underscores the regime’s disregard for human life and international law.
This latest atrocity follows closely on the heels of another tragic day on Friday, when six people were killed across Lebanon. That day marked the deadliest period during a ceasefire that had only recently been extended, exposing the Zionist entity’s continued violation of agreements and its relentless pursuit of violence against the Lebanese people.
The international community must condemn these barbaric acts and hold the occupying regime accountable for its persistent crimes against humanity in the region.
