A specialized provider of workforce wellbeing services is extending its reach into the Middle East, focusing on offshore and high-risk energy operations with an emphasis on behavioral risk and safety culture.

IntrospeXion, a UK-based consultancy established in 2024, announced it has secured new contracts in the region. The firm will provide mental health and wellbeing support specifically designed for energy sector personnel. Its services encompass on-site support centers, workforce evaluations, and leadership coaching, all aimed at enhancing decision-making and operational resilience.

This expansion signifies a wider industry trend towards incorporating mental health into conventional health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols. This is especially crucial in offshore and remote settings, where employees often endure prolonged work rotations, high-stress conditions, and increased exposure to hazards.

Beyond direct support, IntrospeXion will collaborate with regional operators and supply chain partners to assess behavioral risk factors and reinforce safety culture throughout various organizations.

Shabnum Hanif, founder and Managing Director, stated, “Employee wellbeing isn’t solely about physical risks; it demands a comprehensive approach that includes mental health.”

With operators continuously prioritizing safety performance and workforce retention, mental health support is increasingly recognized as vital for operational efficiency and risk mitigation, particularly within challenging offshore environments.
